Touch will only collect Personal Information when it is provided in an email, on a comment form, in an online survey, when requesting information, or in other similar transmissions.

This information is not matched to your personal information and does not personally identify you. Touch does not share Personal Information it collects with third parties for their marketing purposes. Touch may share Personal Information or Generic Information when Touch believes it is necessary to comply with the law, court order, to protect our interests or property or to protect against misuse or

unauthorized use of the Site and/or any service offered therein and you hereby agree to such disclosure. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers or government agencies in connection with investigating reports of users using a false email address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages or other issues related to fraud or government subpoenas, warrants and/or court orders.

Touch may share Generic Information collected with our affiliates, contractors and other third parties to improve the Site and or services offered thereunder.

Opt Out

You may choose to opt out of receiving e-mail messages with news and information about Touch and Touch publications by sending an email from the e-mail address at which you are receiving the messages to info@touchhealth.org, requesting that your email address be removed.

Touch does not guarantee the security of any information you transmit to Touch or provide online. Touch requests that you do not send, and Touch will not be liable for your sending, sensitive or confidential information electronically.

Children Under 13

This Site is not directed at children 13 years of age or younger. Touch will not intentionally collect information about any user under the age of 13.
