LUCAS

Director of Institutional and Program Development

Lucas joined Touch in 2018 serving on the newly launched Health Technology Management (HTM) program, based in Mwanza, and leading the operational transformation at Bugando’s Biomedical Engineering Centre of Excellence. Today, Lucas serves as Director of Institutional and Program Development, leading external partnership efforts for Touch. Lucas previously worked as an Operations Consultant and Chief of Staff at Price Waterhouse Coopers in London, following the founding of a Personal Impact business. Lucas holds a Master's in Leadership for Development (University of Melbourne) and a degree in Economics (University of Manchester).
